Signing a Lease From Riverbend Properties

When you come in to sign a lease, you need the following:

1. The security deposit which is equal to one month's rent - we do not take credit or debit cards. Payments can be made with checks, money orders or bank check.
2. Your social security number, if not already provided on the application.
3. Your driver's license number, if not already provided on the application.
4. Your vehicle information - plate number, make, model, color, if not already provided on the application.
5. A reference - name and phone number - someone who is not related - a coach, teacher, boss, etc, if not already provided on the application.

Things to know

1. All roommates sign the same lease and are jointly obligated to its terms.
2. First months rent and security deposit is due before you move in.
3. Rent is due the 1st day of each month.
4. We do NOT take credit or debit cards. Payments must be made by check or money order. Payment must include tenant name and apartment number.
5. We offer ACH Withdrawal or ZELLE for rent payments.
