Subsidized Rentals

Blueberry Hill Affordable Family Housing is a Rural Development Property consisting of a 24 Unit complex with (3) 1 BR apartments, (1) 1BR handicap accessible apartment and (20) 2 BR apartments.   Within these 24 units, 19 apartments have rental assistance and 5 apartments are basic rent.  Each apartment has a private entrance.  Each apartment has a laundry area with full hook-ups for your appliances.  Heat, hot water, water, sewer, trash removal and yard care are included in the basic rent of $765 for a 1 bedroom and $840 for a 2 bedroom.  Residents are responsible for their own electricity.  To learn more about Blueberry Hill Apartments call us at (207) 778-6088.  We are currently accepting applications for our waitlist.  Low income and moderate income families are encouraged to apply.
