Subsidized Rentals

Blueberry Hill Affordable Family Housing is a Rural Development Property consisting of a 24 Unit complex with (3) 1 BR apartments, (1) 1BR handicap accessible apartment and (20) 2 BR apartments. Each apartment has a private entrance. Within these 24 units, 19 apartments have rental assistance and 5 apartments are basic rent. Basic rent is $765 for a 1 bedroom and $840 for a 2 bedroom. Residents are responsible for their electricity. Please note the average cost of electricity is taken into consideration when determining the rental amount.
